Fengxin County carried out safety inspection of major construction projects under construction

　　Recently, the Safety Committee Office of Fengxin County, together with six units including industry and information technology, housing construction, development and reform, urban management, and power supply, conducted safety inspections on some major construction projects under construction in industries such as industry and trade, hazardous chemicals, construction, energy, and urban gas safety in Fengxin County.

The inspection team successively came to the Electronic Information Industrial Park of Fengxin Zhongjin Zhigu Electronic Technology Co., Ltd., Jiangxi Putailai New Materials Industrial Park of Jiangxi Zichen Technology Co., Ltd., the new lithium ore project for comprehensive utilization of Jiangxi Yunwei New Materials Co., Ltd., the construction project of Fengxin County Xinyue Mansion, the reconstruction project of G354 Fengxin First Class Ring Road (North Ring Road), Jiangxi Aosikang Environmental Protection New Materials Technology Co., Ltd 10 projects including Fengxin Dahua Gas Co., Ltd.
A total of 31 hidden dangers were found in this inspection. The hidden dangers found indicate that the responsible person of the enterprise has insufficient knowledge of safe production, and the implementation of the main responsibility of the enterprise is not in place. The outsourcing employment is not standardized, the contract awarding and subcontracting are not strictly controlled, and their qualifications and certificates are not strictly controlled. Some enterprises "take the contract for management" or "do not care about the contract" for the contracted project, and rarely provide education and training and on-site safety management for the outsourced workers.

As for the problems exposed in the inspection, Fengxin County Safety Committee Office requires enterprises to carefully study, pay close attention to rectification, formulate rectification measures, limit the rectification period, specify the responsible personnel, carry out in-depth self inspection of hidden dangers, carry out three-year safety rectification action, strictly follow the three-year action plan for special rectification, deploy and promote layer by layer, increase the efforts to identify and rectify hidden dangers, and ensure closed-loop rectification of safety hidden dangers.
Next, Fengxin County Safety Committee Office will continue to carry out joint inspection with relevant departments to conduct full coverage inspection of all major projects in the county to ensure the orderly progress of major projects in the county.
